Using a debit card or credit is easy-peasy!
To deposit with your debit or credit card:
Tap “Deposit” on the Overview screen.
Choose Card as your deposit method.
Type in the amount you want to deposit and continue.
Off to Nuvei, our payment provider, where you can pick Card. (If you’ve used this method before, this will be your first option).
Put in the info they need and keep going.
When it’s all done, back you go to the token.com app and we’ll let you know when your funds arrive in your account.
Just a quick heads-up, your banking app might ask you to confirm the transaction.
For card withdrawals:
Tap “Withdraw” on the Overview screen.
Choose the Card you wish to withdraw your funds to.
Put in the amount you want to withdraw and confirm.
Your bank will give you a shout once the funds are in.
Just a reminder that, for safety’s sake, you can only use your card to cash out if you’ve used it before to deposit funds, and it’s gotta be the same account. Also, please bear in mind that some banks do not support payments to and from crypto merchants. If you happen to come accross this issue, please try again with a different card from another bank.
