Updated this week

Token.com collects only the minimal data needed to operate the platform and provide support. As a non-custodial Web3 app, we do not store your private keys, hold your assets, or collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to share it (e.g. when contacting support or subscribing to emails).

The limited data we may collect includes:

  • Your email address (if you sign up or contact us)

  • Your public wallet address

  • Device and browser data, such as IP address or operating system

  • Optional content you submit (like posts or feedback)

We use this data to:

  • Let you access and use the platform

  • Keep the platform secure and prevent abuse

  • Respond to support requests and user inquiries

  • Improve app performance and user experience

  • Send platform updates or newsletters if you’ve opted in

  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g. fraud prevention or law enforcement requests)

Token.com does not sell your data or serve targeted advertising. Some interactions on the platform may result in publicly visible blockchain records - we don’t control how this data is stored or used.
